All digital purchases of Twisted Reality are delivered electronically and are not physical items.
Digital Delivery
After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the e-book. A download link will be provided on the confirmation page and/or sent to the email address used at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final. Once a download has been accessed, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Download Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing or downloading your e-book, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with resolving download errors, broken links, or file access issues.

Digital Books (E-Books)
All sales of digital books are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an e-book has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your e-book (such as a broken download link or file error), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download when applicable.

If you purchase a physical copy of Twisted Reality, refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:
The book arrives damaged
You receive the incorrect item
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is received, if required.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.
